 The View!
 The Bar,
 The Sea Food is Fresh!

Places to stay on island range from the Colony with its rich history see rates, Or The Breakers with its past see rates but off season,, Really no off season  special interior room start $400 up to THOUSANDS! or to get a local feel look on FRBO Air B&B as there are several quaint cottage's  starting at $147 per night!!and island homes, condos for rent to get the real feel of the island and once you park your car  walk or use UBER to get around parking is tight but can be found.

I did say  a place for a inexpensive meal or carry out? try our dear friends Maurizio Ciminella Italian market place AMICI  Market on North County road.
http://www.myamicimarket.com/
This store may be small but packed with everything you need or want! Pizza by the slice to die for $3.99!!!!, specialty sandwiches, soups, full prepared meals for the busy Palm Bach Socialites and a few seats to eat inside beware at noon it gets busy! its a great place to stock up if your at a hotel, cottage or looking for a quick hot lunch before hitting the beach!

Now that you have done the shops, The tours, lets hit the beach!
Palm Beach public beach lacks several things as bathrooms and local shops limit non customers seriously so go before you go! The public beach entrance and guard towers start at the end of Worth Ave.clock tower ,parking is metered off A1-a don't park off street as 2 hour or permitted parking only and tickets are STIFF!!

We love the secret beach's unknown to tourists but local Palm Beach Islanders do!  See google maps as I have posted on google maps entrance streets like Dunbar,Wells,Atlantic, and others for you to enter, parking for free on N. County road!one thing only sit or put beach chairs on the width of street this is PUBLIC out of this area you are on a property owners property !!
UNLESS your walking in wet sand you have all the rights to walk the entire beach 3 miles to the north towards the end of the island and canal a great walk at low tide!3 miles about from Dunbar,
A few photos!

The end of the beach walk, end of the island is this point a small park.

We hope you enjoyed our short tour of the Island of Palm Beach, see our other blogs or soon to come , Boynton Beach,Pompano Beach,Ft.Lauderdale & Keys to come
